Ms. Harre is the NFESC Environmental Acquisition Team Lead responsible for the management of environmental remediation contracts to support NAVFAC and other DoD agencies. She is the chairperson for the NAVFAC Working Group focused on optimization of remedial action operations and long term management and the principal investigator for a technology demonstration project to apply transport optimization codes to groundwater pump and treat systems. Ms. Harre is also the NFESC Technical Services Representative to the west coast region, coordinating environmental remediation support to Navy Engineering Field Divisions and Activities in California and Washington. Previous experience includes managing the logic development of the cost-to-complete (CTC) environmental budgeting component in the NORM business management system, leading Clean Up Review Tiger Teams to identify improved remediation strategies, and managing an innovative technology demonstration program performed on Navy environmental sites in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before coming to the Navy, Ms. Harre worked for Velsicol Chemical Corporation as a project engineer for CERCLA sites. She completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Business Administration at Pepperdine University.
