Downloading Publications

Files with an
EXE designation are compressed into a self-extracting archive.
- To Download:
Netscape - Hold down the
shift-key while clicking on the the link for the file you want to download.
Internet Explorer - Use the right mouse button to click the link for the
file you want to download, and then click Save Target As on the menu that
appears.
- To extract the files:
1. Once you have downloaded a file, locate the .exe file
using File Manager (or, for Windows 95, use the Windows Explorer).
2. Double-click it to extract the file.
3. The extracted file(s) will appear (you may need to click
on refresh - F5 on your keyboard).
4. After you have decompressed the .exe file, you can safely
delete the compressed archive. |

designation are in Adobe Acrobat format. Click below if you need a copy of
Acrobat Reader. |
