Presentation Overview:

Planning a Mini NARPM is a one-hour session designed to assist RPMs in developing and maintaining a regional-based "mini NARPM" training. This session will explain the process of seeking appropriate approvals and support, gauging regional interest and using other regional and national models to help you succeed. The training explains how to establish a development team with a suitable timeframe for planning and implementation. We will also address the building blocks in identifying resources, instructors and communication and registration methods. During the course, RPMs will share their experiences and provide lessons learned along with techniques applied to their regional "mini NARPM" trainings. We will provide tips, checklists, other tools, and advice to get you started, and see you through. This course is of great value to all RPMs that are interested in taking advantage of regional and national resources in times of uncertainty in training availability. It is easier than you think!
