Presentation Overview:

The purpose of the RCRA Expert Brownbag Series is to capture and share RCRA institutional knowledge and expertise. This webinar, which is the first in the series, is limited to EPA attendees and will introduce some of the flexible RCRA regulations and policies that can assist in removing barriers to full and effective clean-up of contaminated sites. These flexible regulations and policies apply to any contaminated site clean-up that has potentially RCRA hazardous media (such as contaminated soil, sediment, surface or groundwater) or other hazardous waste or debris (such as building materials).
