Bonnie Arthur has been a Superfund Project Manager on a variety of projects with EPA, Region 9, for almost 17 years. She won the 2009 National EPA Notable Achievement Award for Green Remediation for her recent work at the Frontier Fertilizer Superfund Site in Davis, California. In addition to reducing energy usage by 25% at the treatment plant and treated water reuse plans underway, Frontier Fertilizer is the first EPA Superfund groundwater treatment plant powered entirely by solar generation. Before coming to EPA she worked at the State of California and Aerojet Corporation. She received a BS from the University of California/Davis.
