Dave Bartus is a senior policy analyst in the Region 10 Office of Air, Waste and Toxics. He has worked on a wide range of RCRA and TSCA technical and regulatory issues, including permitting, corrective action, LDR, and management of mixed/radioactive wastes. He has worked for EPA for over 28 years.
