Dwane Young is an IT Specialist for the US EPA Monitoring Branch.
Dwane has led the development of ATTAINS and ongoing management of STORET for the last 2 ½ years as part of EPA’s Monitoring Branch in the Office of Water. He has also led the development of the Water Quality Exchange (WQX) which has made it easier for states and others to put data into STORET, and has worked with numerous states and tribes in assisting them to implement good data management practices as part of their day-to-day activities.
