Andrew Larkin is a Ph.D. candidate and Superfund Research Program Trainee at Oregon State University in the Department of Toxicology. He received a B.S. in Chemistry and Post-Bacc in Bioresource Research at OSU, followed by a M.S. in Forensic Toxicology at the University of Florida. His primary mentors are David E. Williams and William M. Baird. Andrew's Ph.D. research is focused on developing methods and technologies for bridging the gap between toxicology studies and personal risk assessment. His additional research projects include an award winning fuzzy neural network for predicting changes in gene regulatory networks after exposure to PAH mixtures.
