Rachel McCullough is a Remedial Project Manager with the Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4 office who provides technical and regulatory oversight to Superfund projects. She joined the EPA in 2010 as a Federal Facility project manager and managed remedial projects at the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site. Prior to joining EPA, Rachel was a Department of Energy remedial project manager at the Idaho National Laboratory for over 6 years. She has a Master of Science in Waste Management and Environmental Science from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science from Norfolk State University. Since joining the EPA in 2010, she has also been active in community engagement, environmental justice issues, green remediation, and cleanup at privately owned sites.
