Ms. Shoemaker has been with EPA's Mid-Atlantic Region (Region III) RCRA Corrective Action program for almost four years. She serves as a remedial project manager for approximately ten facilities at various stages in Corrective Action, overseeing investigations and cleanups under permits, orders, and voluntary actions. In addition to facility specific work, she provides Subpart X permitting support to Region III states and designs and maintains the regional Corrective Action website. Prior to joining EPA, Ms. Shoemaker was employed by Exxon Chemical Company as a chemical engineer in the Oil Additives Division. She received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
