Steve Potts is the Acting Nitrogen and Phosphorus Pollution Criteria Team Leader within the Office of Science and Technology in the Office of Water. Steve has been working with this program since 2001. He has been instrumental in establishing a technical support center which provides States and Tribes with a wide array of services, including statistical analysis, scientific peer review, workshops and Webcasts. Steve has a Masters Degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
