The U.S. EPA will be posting their updated proposal Guidelines for Brownfields grants, which are funded under the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act (AKA Brownfields Law). In anticipation of the next request for proposals under these updated guidelines, Region 5 EPA is offering this CLU-IN informational session to prospective communities that may wish to compete for these assessment, cleanup and revolving loan fund grants.
