Presentation Overview:

This 2-hour mini-course is a concentrated introduction to the core concepts of real estate finance and development. These concepts are also covered in greater depth in the "Real Estate 100" class, Anatomy of a Real Estate Development: What Government Regulators Need to Know about Real Estate Development. The course is targeted for attendees that have not attended Real Estate 100 and would like to successfully participate in the Real Estate 200 class, Real Estate Development and Contaminated Sites: Achieving Success in Today's Regulatory Environment. Topics include market analysis and feasibility, the financing of environmentally challenged properties, the impact of leverage, and property valuation techniques.
